If you prefer a different location, please include this information under the “Special Instructions” field during online checkout. No, although online payment is our preferred method. We have taken all precautions to ensure your safety while shopping on our website. Credit and debit card payments are processed on Authorize.net secure servers to ensure privacy and safety.
The only other form of payment we can accept is cash on delivery. If cash is not present at time of delivery, we can’t leave behind our products at that time. No exceptions.

It’s best for your pet’s health if you transition gradually. Our recommendation is:
Days 1-‐4: Mix 75% old food to 25% new food.
Days 5-‐8: Mix 50% old food to 50% new food.
Days 9-‐12 Mix 75% new food to 25% old food.
Days 13 and on feed 100% new food.
This gradual transition will minimize or eliminate the shock to your pet’s system
and get her enjoying her new food without any problems.
